STAN offer

HI I want to take advantage of the 3 month Stan offer but on the premium plan so I can watch 4K content. So I saw in the fine print that if you are already a Stan customer you get the 3 months for the plan you are already on. So yesterday morning I signed up to Stan (through Stan website, paying via Paypal).  So my current Stan status is paid up to 22 Oct 2019.

 

Then last night started the process to redeem the Telstra Plus offer. However when I clicked through on the Redeem button on my email the confirmation text on screen displayed said the offer would run to 22 Dec 2019 - i.e. 3 months from current date NOT from when my Stan is paid to.  So I didn't complete.

 

My question is - is this just the default text display and in fact my 3 months credit will be applied starting from October through to 22 Jan, or is the 3 months from current date ?

It applies it from today as a 3 month credit on the Stan account. So waives the next 3 monthly payments on the account. I am 2 months into my current one.
