Telstra Plus Rewards item Warranty



I got a Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker with my Telstra Plus points. It has been less than 2 months and I believe the bluetooth sync button has become stuck and made the device unusable. How do I go about getting a replacement?? I have contacted Harman Kardon and they said I have to resolve this throughTelstra.
