The last two days l have tried through the 24 x 7 app to buy some movie tickets through the Telstra Thanks and it says im not eligible and do not have an account. When l used this a few weeks ago and it worked and lm logged in with my user id. So how do l fix this or who do l speak with as the person on the chat app said to speak to someone on crowdstrike

I am guessing that you are in NSW and trying to book at an Events Cinema as I just tried that and it failed, but it works for Village in Victoria.
I'd say that there is a problem with the gateway to the Events Cinema website.
