i recently changed to a new contract and received bonus offers as a result.
One of the included offers is 3 months of free netflix.
When I have tried to redeem the offer on multiple devices none of the links work and there is nowhere to redeem the offer.
Can someone help please.

I had a similar problem, unfortunately you are going to have to ring them,
I know it's a pain but they fixed my problem, something about waiting for the new contract to start.
By the way i think i saw it's now 6 months free NETFLIX.
