NOT HAPPY ATT ALL !!!!!
I just recently joint, happy to find a safe site with SAFE content Games and now you'll shut it down.
I would like to know what arguments were the winning ones in the "careful Consideration" discussion ??? Did you really consider all your subscribers and their children? After all, we do pay a fee, it's not a fee site. There should be enough money in it to keep it going.
PLEASE RE-CONSIDER !!!!!!!!!!!!
I Agree with all comments. NOT HAPPY. Extremely disappointed in Telstra. This is not the first time you have done this to your loyal customers!!!!! At least when my children used this site to play games over the Holidays I knew I did not have to worry. My Mother who has been a loyal customer of the gamesnow from the beginning and is also having problems with the site since 31st December 2013, no one will respond to her and when she contacts the number provided by Telstra on the Games Now webpage nobody even knows what Games Now is?????????? Really bad service Telstra. What incentive do you give for customers to be loyal??????? Does it always have to be about the bottom line????????? Who made this crazy decision, lets see, an accountant/pencil pusher!!!!!!!!!! The children are your future customers, don't you think you should be looking after the???????????
Extremely Disappointed and Unhappy Customer
I second all the GameNow comments from other players. Extremely disappointing decision. Will we still be able to access the games we have already downloaded and paid our monthly fee for? Not Happy.
Not at all happy, I enjoy playing your games and I don't know anything about game arena. I am a pensioner and live in regional Victoria, so what am I to do now to relieve the boredom.
Any downloads you've already paid for, downloaded and installed you will still have access to. Games played on the site however will no longer be available.
I like everyone else am disappointed that the games will be discontinued. However, I still have available (prepaid) credit linked to my account, please advise how I can be reimbursed?
Hi Flutterbye,We are unable to reimburse your prepaid credit due to the Gamenow subscription being unavailableThanks
I am upset about this, when other large ISPs (and even some small ones) are increasing free and or supported content Telstra are reducing their content and the statement in your response to my earlier post that we still have Game Arena is a bit mute as they have reduced in size also and offer far less to the average gamer than ever before.
It's the extras that make Telstra's higher priced products worth it, take that away and your competition looks far more inviting. Online gamers are growing in numbers and are really an opportunity. Gamenow didn't work commercially? OK change it make it better or even replace it don't just leave us with nothing but ill feeling and a desire for the offerings of your competition. Bad business really!
I can see why you're upset about this decision especially because you feel that the extra offers Telstra has all the time makes it all worth it, to cover for the higher priced product offerings.
I'd like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We will defiinitely take this on board so we can look into future product offerings that as comparabe or better than this one. Thanks crazyed66.
I am extremely disappointed by the response that I can't get a refund of my prepaid credit. Not happy at all, and I pressed the wrong button and didn't mean to give you any kudos at all. Indeed a 100% minus score would be more appropriate. I agree with all the comments made about providing a secure game service to your customers, I wonder how many other people are in the same boat as myself. One wonders how much money is Telstra pocketing. I am not happy and like so many others I will be reviewing the services I already get from Telstra.
