Can I use Apple Music on my Android phone?
Apple Music is available today on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and PC. Apple have announced that Apple Music will be coming to Apple TV and Android this Spring.
What will happen to my MOG subscription?
If you have an active MOG subscription you’ll still be able to access it until 31 August 2015 with no charge from 1 August 2015. After 31 August 2015 your MOG account will no longer be accessible.
Can I cancel my MOG subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel visit bigpondmusic.com, enter your log in details, go to the My Account page, MOG Subscription, Cancel and then follow the prompts.
Alternatively you can keep your MOG subscription active until 31 August 2015, with no charge from 1 August 2015.
What will happen to my music when MOG closes on 31 August 2015?
All access to the MOG library will no longer be available, including songs downloaded for offline playback, access to your playlists and access to MOG on your SONOS system.
What will happen to the MOG App on my device when the service closes?
You will no longer be able to access music via the MOG app from 31 August 2015. You can remove / delete the MOG app from your mobile phone or tablet using the standard process for deleting apps specific to your device model.
When will I be contacted about MOG closing?
MOG customers were sent an email on 31 July 2015 advising of the MOG closure on 31 Aug 2015. The email was sent to the email address that current MOG subscribers provided when they signed up to MOG.
