When was T-Cloud discontinued?

Does Telstra offer alternative cloud options?
At the time T-Cloud was discontinued there were no equivalent products offered by Telstra. There are other products commercially available which are similar; you can find these by searching online. 


What happened to my data?

All customer data has been permanently deleted.


Do I need to cancel my subscription to T-Cloud?

Subscriptions were cancelled when T-Cloud closed in July 2015.


What will happen to my T-Cloud mobile and tablet apps?

You can no longer access your files using the T-Cloud mobile and tablet apps. You might want to delete them.

With very competitively priced major players such as One Drive, Dropbox, Box.net being specialists in the market it isn't surprising to see Telstra exit this space.

Well, a good effort, but beaten by other decicated provider, as Kalak said.


HINT: try to be good at things you are good at.  Don't try to compete in non core business.


HINT 2:content is king.  Delivery is Queen, Prince and the whole rest of the kingdom

The FAQ about what will happen to files was not answered, only said will not have access. Not really an answer.

@satrewin all customer data will be permanently deleted and there will be no facility to reverse this process or back-up kept so customers need to make sure their data is backed up before the 15th of July.
