I recently have been through a long and frustrating complaint process with Telstra via phone calls, and during this process I went into my local Telstra store (Rockingham Shopping Centre, WA 6168) to start my new contract. I was told I would recieve an email to leave feedback, however I have not had anything other than my contract sent to me. I would really like to leave feedback regarding the service I recieved, as it was the best service I have ever recieved while being a Telstra customer.
