Additional Cordless phones on NBN

Answered

Last night I plugged in my NBN FTTN Gateway and plugged in the T 503? (that came with the kit) - cordless phone to the power. It fired up and all works fine. I have moved the cordless phone/base to another room, but I want to add another cordless device in another room  - effectively a parallel phone - wireless connection to the Gateway. Can I just go and get another one of these T 503 units - bring it home, put in the handset batteries and plug into power and it will pair up with gateway to give me that second handset? - Or is there some issue/catch with this?

Yes you can buy another T503 handset and pair it with the modem. If you have a DECT 2.0 handset you can also pair that with the modem. You can pair up to 5 handsets with the modem.
