Disconnecting T-Voice

My home phone is connected to an NBN modem and I always get a message "Voicemail Msg." instead of showing the date and time. It is annoying. I called Telstra Platinum and they disconnected my voicemail (No: INT1-2155873918032), but it didn't help. What shell I do?

Sorry for the frustration, Cukros. Have you restarted the modem and handset? If so, might be best to get back in touch with the Platinum team. Often they need to eliminate likely causes sequentially, which can unfortunately require multiple contacts, particularly for rarer issues. - Matthew.
