Hello - A while ago I bought a new Telstra New Gen Smart Modem and the TELSTRA T-VOICE 502 did not - does not connect. It did on the old Modem. I never bothered when I connected the modem because I was getting too many unsolicited calls which are a PAIN. Over the phone, help could not find the problem.... He said, "go and borrow a phone"... Any ideas?
What happens when you try to pair the handset as per page 12 of the manual
The pair button on modem should be pressed for at least 5 seconds. The pair light should flash at the rate of two flashes per second when in pairing mode. If flashing once every two seconds then in paging mode instead of pairing.
