No dial tone

Hi. My tvoice was working this morning. My internet shut down so had to register tvioce again.
It say registerd light on modem is on. But no dial tone?

Was this referring to the T-Voice app on a mobile/tablet? 

Which type of connection do you have and what model of modem?

Are you still able to use a phone set that is directly connected to the modem phone port?
