T-Voice app issue

I am new to the t-voice app and tried to use it for a call this morning. The call required me to use the keypad to enter numbers to join a conference call - the conference call meeting number followed by # - but the t-voice app did not seem to be sending the numbers I typed. The menu kept telling me I was typing an invalid number. When I use this on my normal home phone or mobile, it works fine.


Is this a known limitation of the t-voice app or is there something I can do to make this work? Any help much appreiciated.

There shouldn't be an issue using any service that requires number entry. It this happening on every number that required input (like technical support on 133933) or just this one conference number?
