I have the telstra T-Voice 503 handset that came with Gateway Modem.
The phone has registered to the modem and will ring for incomming calls but there is no audio to hear the conversation.
The call volume is turned all the way up. and the other person can hear me but I cant hear them.
Telstra sent me a new phone which I registered to the modem but I still can't hear anything during a call.
The phone is not on mute and putting the call to speaker doesn't work either?
Is their a setting that I have missed?
