Telstra T-voice 503 drops out

After 2 minutes on both incoming and outgoing calls Telstra t-voice drops out

Could be a faulty T-Voice handset. Have you tried another handset? If its paired to a Telstra Gateway does the call also drop out when using a phone connected to green phone port on the Gateway?

I have 2 T-Voice handsets both paired to a Telstra modem. Both drop out. I also have a Telstra guardian connected to the modem and the only phone line and it does not drop out

What model modem do you have?

The modem was supplied by the technician when the NBN was installed in May this year. I cannot find a Model name, only a model number DJN2130 and my WI FI name and password.. I do not have any problems with the internet only to 2 T-voice 503 drop outs

DJN2130 is the Telstra Gateway frontier. It could be modem's DECT base is faulty. Do you have a normal phone you can plug into one of the green ports on the modem to check if that has the same problem.

I have a Telstra call guardian plugged into the modem and it works fine, no drop outs. The paired green light on the modem is on and both the 2 T- voice 503 rings and you can make calls, but both drop out after a few minutes talking

There was similar problem to this in this post and drop outs were fixed by replacing the handset. You could try getting a replacement handset under warranty.

Thanks for your ongoing support. I have contacted Telstra (NBN) several times and so far no suggestion of replacing the 2 T-Voice 503. It just seems strange that both the 2 T-Voice 503 drop out and not the call guardian or the internet, Anyway my call has been escalated to a specialist team, whatever that means. I will just have to race up to the computer room to make and answer calls, Thank goodness our house is very small, only 40ft by 20 ft, which in my mind means the WI FI signal should be adequate for the 2 cordless phones which are both paired.
