Unable to retrieve voicemail messages on telstra t-voice 503 cordless phone
Since connecting to NBN and being issued with the Telstra t-voice 503 cordless phone, I cannot retrieve my messages. It keeps telling me that my pin is incorrect. How do I go about recording a new message and how do I change my pin. Please note that I need specific instructions as I do not have a technical bone in my body ):
It sounds like a new pin would have been set up when your phone was transitioned to NBN. The default pin will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. If this doesn't work please get in touch with our support team on 1800 834 273 (say faults when prompted). This team will be able to reset your pin for you.
