I'm receiving calls from 0198339100 and cannot discontinue Voicemail Msg signal from my Panasonic home phone. What can I do?

I can appreciate your concerns with the MessageBank service not being able to be removed from this fixed phone line and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused Smiley Sad Is this home phone service currently being provided via the NBN connection? -Dingo
