10Play & 9Now no longer working on TelstraTV. Plays ad and then 10 seconds of video before stopping and returning to menu. Checked s/w up to date on Telstra TV, power cycled TelstraTV 3 times and no luck. Netflix, Stan etc are working correctly. Any suggestions as I have a family member laid up at home following surgery.

Sorry to hear of the frustration.
I would recommend speaking direct with our Telstra TV team by calling 13 22 00 and say "Telstra TV"
Once connected they can access your account and assist further.
