Level 1: Cadet


Newly connected to Telstra Cable. All devices worked immediately. However it took 3 hours of moving the modem and cable adapter around and fiddling to get the Telsta TV to pick up the WiFi.
Tv now working but can no longer connect devices.
Any advice welcomed as the 24x7 team are unavailable...

If you would like to speak with a member of our technical support team they can be reached on 13 39 33 for ADSL and Cable connections.


Once connected they can access your account and assist further.
