Issues with netflix

I cannot access Netflix. I have had Telstra TV for a number of months and have used Netflix without issue. When I go into Netflix it does not load, a red "Netflix" is just on the screen. I have no problem using IView, SBS on demand etc.

I had the same issue and uninstalling/re-installing the netflix app fixed it for me

 

  1. select the app and press the * key
  2. scroll down to remove app and hit ok
  3. hit ok on remove app when it pops up

Netflix does have a habit of getting "confused" occasionally. You could power down (unplug) the Telstra TV, wait a few seconds and plug back in. I have done this a couple of times and it usually fixes Netflix.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Thanks for the replies. I uninstalled then reinstalled the Netflix app and it now is working.
