Sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with your Telstra TV.
In this instance I would recommend speaking directly with our Telstra TV support team over the phone by calling 13 22 00 and say "Telstra TV" then when prompted say "Fault" to get connected with a member of the team.
They will then be able to access your account securely and provide further support.
