I just purchase a 4K tv and found that my Telstra tv 3 won’t work in 4K at all and no HDR, I replaced the HDMI 1.4 cable with a 2.1 but still nothing, YouTube has also stopped working, I get audio but no video.
I have a second Roku 4 box (non Telstra) YouTube works fine, main concern is why won’t 4K work???

Sorry for the delayed response. That's strange that 4K and YouTube aren't working on your Telstra TV. Have you been able to get assistance with this yet?

Yes it was resolved by ditching the box and using the app on the tv, best thing I ever did. The Telstra box needs some work or even better give your customers the latest box, I have a second roku 4 Box which is about 2 years old and is still a newer model to what Telstra is supplying.
