My plus7 is not working on Telstra TV I have reset the the box to factory settings and it worked for a while but then stopped working again, I have removed the app and reinstalled and still not working is there a fix?

The problem was fixed yesterday afternoon.

You need to delete the app, then Restart the Telstra TV, then reinstall the app.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
