I have recently signed up with Telstra's "Our Best Bundle Ever" service and I have no clue on how to activate the 6 months of free Netflix, Stan and Foxtel Play.
I have activated my Telstra TV so that it appears in the Telstra TV management section.
For Netflix, it says that I should be able to find the offer when I enter the Telstra TV management panel and go to the Apps section, but I cannot find it there.
For Stan, it mentions that I have to create a new Stan account and enter a code, but I do not belive I have received the code. I try to enter the webmail with my Telstra username and password and it says "Your request could not be completed. Please try again." This is after copying and pasting the username and password details used for logging into Telstra "My Account", so I do not believe the details are incorrect.
As for Foxtel Play, I have not been able to locate any instructions for that one.

When you log into your My Account here: http://tel.st/cpyn and go to the Telstra TV section, it should give a drop down for 'Manage my Telstra TV'.
If you click on that, does it then load another page with the offers?
