Our tv goes through normal start up when plugging in the Telstra box but once it’s done the screen immediately goes green and won’t change.

Thanks for using Crowd Support and posting about the Telstra TV. This might be an issue with the HDMI cable being used or the cable setup. Does this still happen when using a different cable or port on your TV?
