Telstra T-box sound out of sync

Hi all,

We just got the new T-box 3, and the sound is out on Netflix, Stan and Amazon, but seems to be ok on free to air channels. 

We had the old T-box and had no issues at all, it just happened when we connected the new box. 
As soon as we go back to the old box, there isn’t an issue at all, so it has to be something in the new one, but we can’t figure it out. It’s connected to a Samsung smart tv. Help!!

A factory reset of the Telstra TV3 may fix the problem. If not, you might need to give 132200 a call and say "Telstra TV Faults" at the prompt, as it could be a faulty box.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
