So I called 132200 as my Telstra TV - Live TV has not been working for over 3 - 4 weeks. I was told since the last update that ROKU did it has caused this issue. I was told there is no timeframe for this fix and I should plug my aerial directly into my TV. What the??? Why should I do that, the purpose of this product is to have it all in one place. Also no timeframe??? This is a Telstra product, I do not care that it is owned/developed by ROKU, Telstra name is on it, so they should know when this issue will be fix....very frustrated
