Having some weird issues with one of my Telstra TV (Roku) units atm.
Have done the normal troubleshoot, Factory reset, latest firmware check etc, however the unit still appears to have 'glitches'. I have another unit that runs fine, etc, have swapped them out, to confirm connection/location is also not the issue.
So wondering if there is the ability to 're-flash' the original Tesltra TV software to the unit?
IE: Get a usb copy of the files, increase the version number of the firmware & get it to run a Firmware/Version check off that, so it updates to a 'clean' file (if that makes sense).

This would have to be confirmed with the Telstra TV Faults team on 132200 (24/7) and saying 'Telstra TV' followed by 'Faults' when prompted.
Let us know what they have confirmed with this being completed.

It would help if you told us what the glitches were. Otherwise we have no idea what could be going wrong.
Best way to describe it it is that it's appears to be be 'glitching' in its general operation between menus and sometimes when playing back (ie: Netflix). A bit like it's struggling for memory, like when you have 30+ applications open on your mobile...!
Hence I thought that a factory re-install of the software itself, may be enough to rectify it.
Otherwise I might just see if I can pick up a 2nd hand one on ebay, etc.
It could be a hardware fault. If one of the memory modules was faulty, it would explain the problems that you are experiencing. If it's still under warranty, then by calling the Telstra TV Faults team, you may be able to get it replaced.
