Just tried out the new app, and it's great, however, it seems as though you can't use the remote controller / touchpad / app shortcuts over ethernet, only wifi?
The app couldn't find my TTV over ethernet, so I switched to wifi, which worked.
I then switched to ethernet, and the remote meu is now greyed out
Could you allow for ethernet connections too (or am I doing it wrong)?

Previously worked with a Telstra Partner however I am not a Telstra Employee, just a fellow customer helping when I can.
No I'm not using a Gateway on 5Ghz.
Actually, all working now...seems I needed to reboot the box and app a few times, but now working fine
