Telstra TV has no live tv and has knocked my Netflix off now. What’s going on

So I’ve had no live tv for a few weeks now but not a big issue as I watch Netflix. That’s just asked me to restart my membership despite it coming off my Telstra bill. Do no tv now

Thanks for the update and if this is continuing to cause issues then I would recommend contacting the Telstra TV Tech team on 132200 (24/7) and saying 'Telstra TV Tech team' when prompted.

So Netflix account shows I paid- through Telstra- until 21/06/2019 so it appears that Telstra hasn’t paid Netflix. Seriously!!! That’s a bit slack Telstra

Hi Meandln. Sorry for the confusion. 21/6/19 was a couple of days ago. Are you saying you've paid Telstra past that date, and that payment hasn't flowed through to Netflix? - Matthew.

My Telstra account is direct debit. That’s paid and still Netflix states I haven’t a valid subscription as it’s not paid. Only until 21/06/2019. No payment after that

ended up cancelling Netflix through Telstra- even though it was already cancelled. No one knows who cancelled it. So refunded this month and will pay Netflix direct
