Telstra TV2 wrong time zone

For some time now my Telstra TV2 automatically sets time to QLD. I am located in NSW. Have set the time manually a number of times but the time eventually reverts to QLD time. Any answers to this continuing problem?

Apologies for any confusion or concern caused by the issue you'ere encountering with time zones on the Telstra TV 2. 

 

Our Telstra TV Assurance team will be the best people to investigate this & you can contact them on 132200. Please say 'Telstra TV' then 'Faults' when prompted & our team will be able to assist you further. 

 

While we should be able to resolve this through our normal channels, if you're having trouble getting this resolved or investigated, you're welcome to raise a complaint through our online form here & a dedicated case manager will be assigned to work with you to help resolve the matter.

 

Upon submitting, you will receive a reference number that looks similar to SR 1-XXXXXXXXXXXXX & can expect contact within 5 business days.

Have you had any other devices that have a time issue on your WiFi network?

It's strange that the time on your Telstra TV keeps reverting to QLD time. Our Technical Support team will be best to troubleshoot further with you and can be reached on 132200 and say "Telstra TV Technical Support". Let me know how you go.
