I also did not get the activation email - spoke to SEVEN people today from telstra - and all I managed to get fixed was STAN and Bigpond. I think I may have fixed Netflix myself.
THe mobile number for Presto does not work.
I dont understand why they couldnt have just resent the activation email.
As for the SEVEN people I spoke to, I dont think any of them know what they were talking about. One lady even asked me if I was getting my Free-to-air channels.
Anyway - still looking for an answer re PRESTO
