Telstra tv activation email

Activated telstra tv, it activated on the tv but the computer said it hadnt..working fine but no email with codes to organise presto and stan.

For Presto, please send an SMS to Presto 0484324537 and you'll receive a reply SMS with the code and how to redeem.

I also did not get the activation email - spoke to SEVEN people today from telstra - and all I managed to get fixed was STAN and Bigpond.  I think I may have fixed Netflix myself.

 

THe mobile number for Presto does not work.

 

I dont understand why they couldnt have just resent the activation email.  

 

As for the SEVEN people I spoke to, I dont think any of them know what they were talking about.  One lady even asked me if I was getting my Free-to-air channels.

 

Anyway - still looking for an answer re PRESTO
