My Telstra TV vision is not synchronised with the sound. This unit has been working great for a year now and this problem has just appeared.

A factory reset might fix the issue. You can arrange this via the steps below:

But if not, please call our Telstra TV technical support on 1300 136 841.

Sorry about the late reply Jimmy. Across the board. This particular ROKU box has been working great for the previous year or so. The sync problem has only just started. I do have the old Telstra T Box connected and this unit has developed the same issue.

After working well for a few months, while watching a netflix movie I am finding my TV keeps cutting out every few minutes,the screen goes black just for a couple of seconds, and the screen drops down revealing HDMI1 and the numbers 1920x1080/50p on the left top corner. How can I fix this?
