Im not sure you will be able to do anything about it..
from what I can gather it has something to do with a little program called curl and DNS records either not being properly attuned (aka misspelt) or not properly updated.
however I cant tell you if its an issue from Telstra's end or Tenplay's end

I'm sorry to hear of the issues with the Ten play app when being accessed via the Telstra TV device and do apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you I would recommend contacting the Telstra TV Assurance team on 132200 and saying Telstra TV' then 'Faults' when prompted 24/7.
Please do let us know how you get in having this Telstra TV device fixed up so it is working?
