Tenplay app on Telstra TV

I am getting the following error when trying to open the Tenplay app. I have powered off Telstra TV, I have updated the software and also removed and added the app. Nothing is working.

unknown ssl protocol error in connection to vod.ten.com.au:443

Any suggestions?

Im not sure you will be able to do anything about it..

 

from what I can gather it has something to do with a little program called curl and DNS records either not being properly attuned (aka misspelt) or not properly updated.

 

however I cant tell you if its an issue from Telstra's end or Tenplay's end

I'm sorry to hear of the issues with the Ten play app when being accessed via the Telstra TV device and do apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you Smiley Sad I would recommend contacting the Telstra TV Assurance team on 132200 and saying Telstra TV' then 'Faults' when prompted 24/7.
