The Tenplay app is very slow downloading. It buffers constantly (has taken nearly an hour to watch 22 minutes of content). I have deleted and reloaded the app but the problem persists. I am having no trouble except with Tenplay. Any suggestions or help please?
I can appreciate your frustrations with the Ten Play App having issues and do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused The steps you have taken are what we would have advised as well and am sorry they haven't worked in having this fixed
I would recommend having the Telstra TV Faults team contacted on 132200 (24/7) and say 'Telstra TV' followed by 'Faults' when promoted.
