Will Telstra ever acknowledge that the demise of the Tbox was a step backwards for customers

For months and months, I've struggled with the realization that my customer experience has been diminished with the reduced capability of the Tbox. Setting up recording is time consuming and the Telstra TV is cumbersome and catch up only shows some programs. I've even tried Foxtel on the Telstra TV and realise you can't record.

All Testra have done is talk up how lucky we have moved on from the Tbox. Will they ever apologise to the Tbox customers? and are they working frantically to introduce something that, not only reproduces what TBox could do, but made the customer experience even better?
