My Telstra tv stopped working last night. Spent 40 minutes on the phone, then finally after 1hr constantly resetting the box went to play a movie and now it’s back to the damn Logo. Is anyone else having troubles with there Telstra box

All connections Ok & internet fine. TV screen displays Telstra logo with colors going around it in s square. Remote not being received by Telstra TV. Was watching fine, then froze; now, just what I described above.

I have renamed my Telstra TV through the online option, but it doesn't actually change it on the device. So when I have multiple sign ins on Foxtel I can't tell which is which. Would anyone have a solution to this issue?

Every time I turn Foxtel on through Telstra TV it just shows ROKU Player Internal Error. Error RE647. I have tried to reset back to factory mode and still nothing works.
