@Jon_H - welcome to CrowdSupport. @Jagaf is on the money, you're best bet is to contact the stores directly. When I was in retail the call centre could see our available stock, so Live Chat and 13 22 00 may also be able to help.
@Davediced - that would be frustrating, having come from retail though it was difficult to answer a phone with a store full of customers waiting to be served. It could be a really difficult balance to strike; the stores I worked in aimed to return calls by the next business day.
