Account not showing bill

I separated my account last week from a previous Telstra account, and have now been set up with a new account number.

I would like to see the details of my new account.

I was told the process would take 24 hours, but it has been 7 days now.

You will either need to get in contact via livechat.telstra.com or via 132200 where a consultant will be able to help get you set up properly.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
