After yesterdays offer to add Plus to SMB users I have been trying to update to your plus program.

. Procedure stops with some thing went wrong try again message. Does it every time I try the procedure Used Chat to try to resolve issue, CSO used my login details and was unable to update and was told I would receive email regarding issue.Same problem today and no email.....
