Hi, I’ve waited 2 weeks now for a new phone to be delivered and am just wondering what’s going on!? It’s the Red iPhone XR that was on special for the Chinese New Year. I’m swapping from prepaid to a plan. I’ve read about backorders and such but can’t find anywhere saying my order is a backorder, so why is it talking so long? Also I live in a metro area. If anyone could help that would be great.

Pretty much other then referring you to the tracker - https://ordertracker.telstra.com.au/
or suggesting that it may be worth speaking to the accounts team by phone or live chat there isn't much that you will be able to find out here as it is a public forum and as such there is no access to your account to check the order for this one.

If it backordered, that tracker should show it as a back order. So checking the current status on the tracker would be the best place to check.
