Direct email address to make a complaint.



Is there a way I can send an email to the complaints as their complaints form is not working.




I am 100% I have filled this up correctly as there are no prompts to say I havn't filled it incorrectly or any fields missing.


When I click the "Submit" button it does nothing.


Tried calling customer support but just said someone will email me in 3-5 days.


This is the first time I am experiencing this type of customer service from Telstra, where no one can help.


I rarely have issues with Telstra customer service and when I do have an issue this was resolve swiftly or I was pointed to the right direction. Very dissapointing that the level of service has dropped.
