How to enable JavaScript in your browser
To log in and use Telstra ‘My Account’, you’ll need to have JavaScript enabled in your web browser. To check, just choose your browser type and follow the instructions below:
Google Chrome (19+)
Mozilla Firefox (13+)
Internet Explorer (9+)
Safari (5+)
Please keep in mind that upgrading your browser or installing new security software or patches may affect your JavaScript settings. You may need to enable these settings again to log in to My Account.
