How to associate accounts with My Account

Hi, I used to be able to use My Account without problems.  I logged in recently and discovered that there are no longer any accounts associated with my login names.  I can't view any services at all. There is a msg that says "No account found Your account details cannot be displayed"

 

Has anyone worked out how to associate their account number with My Account?  Is it possible that my login profile is now no longer authorised to view my accounts for some reason?

 

I tried 24x7 chat but got nowhere...

Just to close this out for others, I used the link Lindy provided to access My Account help on 24x7 Chat directly (I had to edit the hyperlink a little to remove trailing characters).

 

The consultant on 24x7 provided me with a link to a registration page where you enter your account number and a verification code they provide.  Worked after that.

Hi PaulABC and Kaz12345;

 

To add your Billing Accounts to your My Account Profile, you just need to:-

 

-     Log into My Account,

-     On the right hand side, select Account Settings, 

-     Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Add an Account.

Thanks for the reply.

 

I don't see "Account Settings" on the right hand side when I log in via a desktop browser unfortunately.

 

If I try to log in via the 24x7 App on my Android it says "Account Restriction: Your Account does not have appropriate security level to use this app".   This is generated by the app, not the Android OS.

 

I'll follow up with the phone number you provided.
