How to change contact information?

Hello,
My dad is not very tech-savy so i call telstra everytime i need them, but telstra has to get verification from the owner of the account (full name and D.O.B) (I would pretend im him, but my voice sounds too young to pull that off).

also whenever they need to change something they ring my dad's mobile.

is there a way i can change the contact information so i can provide my name+D.O.B and use my mobile number?

Your dad would need to contact our teams on 13 22 00 and ask to have you added as an account representative - if he asks to have you added as a full authority representative then you can discuss any aspects of the plan and service with our teams and make changes to the account.

You should be able to register as a "Secondary user" to his account.
