As soon as I changed over to the NBN I cannot view my past monthly usage on my account on a Windows PC. I have spoken to the call centre and apparently they cannot either because of a glitch and/or computer fault. I honestly don't care about which lie they prefer because both are unacceptable excuses. I need my past monthly usage over the last year (2019).
