I've DDebit my phone bill, why it current saying I have overdue bill, why?

Answered

I have been with Telstra for DDebit for several years. These two months when I checking my bills on Apps and website, it says i have an overdue bill but it did not mention for which bill. I've checked my bank record and could not found any missing debit for the bills. Please advise how it comes?

@CBWTIS Unfortunately, that can only be dealt with by talking to Billing on 13 22 00 or via online chat https://tel.st/t65yg

No one can access your online account via Crowd Support.

Seems to be a number of glitches happening atm while upgrades are being done.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
