Logging into my account

I have tried to log into my account and I get a message saying to sign out of wifi and connect to mobile data. I have done this but get the same message, any ideas to help me with this. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear of the issues accessing your My Account service and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused Smiley Sad We haven't been advised of any issues with this service so you should be able to have this accessed with no issues. Was this being accessed via the Telstra 24/7 App or the full My Account service at
