Mobile protect not logging attempts

Have been happily using Telstra Mobile Protect (medium setting) for 12+ months.

Recently went in to add another number to be blocked and noticed the logging of attempts from/to blocked numbers is not working. It says 0 attempts for allowed and not allowed contacts.

Could someone please point me in the right direction to fix this?
