My Account - Additional Account not Showing

Hi, I have multiple accounts with Telstra.

 

A) A mobile, which ive added to my Account / Signed up with.

 

Recent i got a home phone line. b) Additional account

 

Ive gone to > Account settings > Add Account.

Ive enter the account number > Its approved it.

Yet it doesnt show ANYWHERE on My Account

 

Ive tried to re add it, but it says "The account number you entered is already linked to your profile."

 

Why doesnt it show under My Account anywhere.???

I'll try the Oline Option.

Yes a bill has been issued for the service.


Solution: Both account were in different Names. They need to be merged under the same account, thus it will then show on the My Account profile. Having to visit a Telstra Store to transfer ownership of other account.

Sometimes they take a few days to register in My Account.

4 weeks is a few days to show in My Account??

 

Clearly something has gone wrong / a fault.

 

Any other info i can supply to fix this without having to Call up Telstra and do the run around?

To be fair, you didn't mention it had been that long in your original post so the info DEANJA provided was correct.

 

It certainly should be appearing after that time so I would suggest speaking to Online Services via Live Chat here http://tel.st/8qpr

 

Out of interest, has this service had a bill issued as yet?
